Due to the content being digital, there are no refunds or exchanges provided for purchases.
Go to the courses page that you want to purchase and choose to enroll. Always login to the site if you already have an account. This way all of the new courses that you purchase will be under your same email. Paypal is used for payment.
When you purchase a course you have the choice to create an account or login to your account. Note the only way you would have an account already is if you have purchased a course on the site before. When you are logged in, you can see the link to Your Account along the bottom of every page. There, on Your Account page, you can see all of your courses, direct links to them along with all of your purchases and account information.
In the Upper Right Corner of Every Page there is a Login Button.
If you cannot see your courses, you need to check first if you are logged in. See the Login button in the top, right corner of every page. If it says Login, you are not Logged in. You must use the same email that you used when purchasing the course. Every purchase is tied to an email. To keep your courses together, ALWAYS use the same email when purchasing and be logged in before checking out in the Shop.
When enrolling in a course, even a free one, it will auto create you an account using your name and email used during checkout. Upon finishing your purchase you will receive an email with your account information and a link to set your password. Be sure to set your password and keep it safe so you can continue to access your content.
Upon clicking on the Login Button in the Top Right corner of every page, you will see a link to Reset your password. Use it. Please always give emails a few minutes to arrive and also check your Spam folders.
If the course offers Downloadable Videos, there will be a button below each video in the lessons of the course. It will auto begin download,
We have zero control about your internet provider. You will need to reach out to them directly. The videos are hosted on Vimeo not the website. It always helps to make sure to restart your device and close out other applications.
The site is best viewed with Modern browsers such as Chrome and Safari. Make sure your browser is up to date. Switching browsers can make all of your issues go away most times! Be sure you do not have so many tabs, or windows open in your browser. That helps too. Close any tabs you do not need open.
